User Responsibility & Financial Awareness
The user bears full and sole responsibility for:

- Tracking payment due dates, invoices, receipts, and billing cycles
- Monitoring AutoPay mandates, recurring subscriptions, and installment plans
- Reviewing applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers prior to payment
Failure to review or understand any policy or payment structure shall not be considered grounds for dispute or refund. IIFFCA Federation shall not be liable for missed payments, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, or subscription renewals initiated by the user or their payment provider.
No Liability for Payment Records or Statements
IIFFCA Federation does not assume responsibility for:
- Maintaining detailed financial statements or transaction histories for users
- Providing long-term access to payment receipts or invoices
- Reconciling user-side financial discrepancies
Users are strongly advised to maintain their own records of all transactions, invoices, and communications for future reference, taxation, or audit purposes.
AutoPay, Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Where applicable, subscriptions or installment-based services may include automatic recurring billing (AutoPay). The user is solely responsible for enabling, disabling, or managing such mandates through their respective payment platforms.
IIFFCA Federation shall not be responsible for:
- Unintended renewals
- Delayed cancellations
- Bank-side or gateway-related AutoPay executions
No refunds shall be issued for any such transactions once processed.
Tax Benefits & Financial Considerations

Participants are encouraged to:

IIFFCA Federation shall not be responsible for incorrect tax filings, misinterpretation of eligibility, or rejection of claims by tax authorities.
No Refund in Case of Non-Participation
No refunds shall be granted in cases where the participant:
- Fails to attend workshops, events, or sessions
- Does not submit films after registration
- Is disqualified due to non-compliance with guidelines
- Withdraws voluntarily at any stage
Participation is considered a commitment by the user, and non-participation does not alter financial obligations.
Force Majeure Clause
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical disruptions, or public health emergencies, IIFFCA Federation reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or restructure events/services.
No refunds shall be issued under such circumstances.
No Dispute / Chargeback Policy
Users agree not to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals through banks or payment gateways.
Any such action shall be treated as a violation of terms, and IIFFCA Federation reserves the right to:
